Not feeling that great right now & I wish I could articulate why! Just happen to be in a funk & feel like crap. Interviewed for a new job, which I swore I wasn't going to get excited about but I'm really hoping they present a decent offer soon. I think if you spend 8-10 hours everyday in a place you hate being, it really starts to destroy & darken your energy, which is why I gotta get outta here!

On a happier note, my oldest sista has a birthday this weekend!!! If you happen to be reading this, I hope you have a happy b-day, Swoo!

Everybody Has to Cross the River, but…

This is a fun little IQ test from Japan: “Everybody has to cross the river”

The object:
Fairly cut and dry…try to get everyone to the other side of the river.

The following rules apply:
- Only 2 persons on the raft at a time
- The father can not stay with any of the daughters without their mother’s presence
- The mother can not stay with any of the sons without their father’s presence
- The thief (striped shirt) can not stay with any family member if the Policeman is not there
- Only the Father, the Mother and the Policeman know how to operate the raft

I love holidays & I'm totally a 4th of July goober too! Most everyone I know really hates George Bush & isn't happy with the direction that our country is moving in, right now, myself included. However, we are so lucky & so blessed to be Americans citizens & have the freedom to express our views, thought & opinions. I haven't been to that many other countries but from what I've witnessed with my own eyes, our system works & I'm always happy to step off the plane & be back "home".

Whether or not you're a republican, democrat, indepenent, or one of the dumb-ass people who think the green party only wants to legalize pot, you're an American. This is a day that we remember those who have given us to right to stand on our soap box & speak out against our government & against our world leaders.

I'm very happy to celebrate the anniversary of our independence & liberty & justice for all. (even if I don't agree with you & think you're crazy) :-)

I hope that we all have a toast to high treason!
